- One 36” × 80” man door
- One 36” × 36” window
- Wall Sheathing: 3/8” OSB sheathing on all walls.
- Roof System:
- Gable roof with a 4/12 slope and pre-engineered trusses
- 3/8” OSB roof sheathing with H-clips
- Asphalt shingles matched to your home
- Two roof vents for proper ventilation
- Siding & Exterior Finishing:
- Light vinyl siding
- Aluminum soffit and fascia (color-matched)
- 5” continuous eavestroughs and downspouts
